Meet Carolin Rossa

Ever since I was a child, gemstones have captivated me. My grandmother often took me to a small esoteric shop, and each time, I was allowed to pick a tumbled stone. I loved watching my little collection grow and was fascinated by the idea that every stone carried a unique energy within it. Over time, my curiosity deepened—I read everything I could about the formation and effects of gemstones. My amethyst became my loyal companion in school. Before every exam, I held it in my left hand while writing with my right—and sure enough, I always passed with flying colors. It felt as if the stone gave me inner calm and focus. Later, when I entered the professional world, I wanted to continue carrying the power of gemstones with me. But I quickly realized that there was hardly any jewellery that combined gemstone energy with modern design. Most pieces looked outdated or too esoteric—they simply didn’t match my style. At the same time, I had always been creative, sketching jewellery and fashion, and had a deep passion for design. And so, Carolin Stone was born—from the desire to create jewellery that is not only stylish and modern but also brings tangible energy into everyday life. Every piece tells a story, carries a message, and serves as a reminder for its wearer to embrace their own strength. For me, jewellery is more than an accessory—it is a daily companion that empowers, inspires, and connects us to our inner energy.

Our journey began in 2018 in a small Munich atelier – driven by the passion to create unique jewellery that is not only beautiful but also carries a tangible energy.

Carolin, an experienced expert in the luxury fashion and interior design industry, combined her knowledge and creativity to build a brand that merges elegance with the powerful energy of gemstones.

Kinga, a seasoned marketing expert, has played a key role in bringing the vision of Carolin Stone to life. With her passion for photography and her keen sense of branding, she gives the brand its unique identity and ensures that our message reaches the right hearts.

CSJ works every day to be an exceptionally sustainable brand. From sourcing and manufacturing to recycling and distribution, our goal is to place a stronger focus on the environment, give back to nature, and become more eco-friendly year after year.

A. Our silver and gold come from reliable sources. We review their accreditations quarterly to ensure our ethical and environmental standards are met.

B. We minimize production waste wherever possible, down to the smallest milligram of material. Everything is collected and recycled.

C. Our gemstones are exclusively sourced from conflict-free semi-precious stones. Whenever possible, we use lab-grown diamonds to eliminate any potential ethical concerns. The semi-precious stones come from ethically responsible countries, and their accreditations are regularly reviewed.

Our Path to Becoming a Climate-Neutral Company:

We aim to create an environmentally friendly and sustainable brand. Trees play a crucial role in reducing our CO2 emissions and releasing oxygen into the air.

With our resources, we want to support and protect the climate of our planet. That’s why we collaborate with PLANT-MY-TREE® in Germany, a certified reforestation project. For every order, we plant a tree. And we hope to plant many more in the future.
